Is this list not online yet? It's not https://www.crowncommercial.gov.uk/suppliers is it?
If it is that register, or an updated version of it, it's publishing DUNS numbers as supplier IDs. So we may need to have a chat about it.

This list hasn't yet been created but conversations have been had with Crown Commercial Service who are developing it as part of the UK's procurement reforms. They wish to reserve the org-id prefix prior to the list being published. It will be a publicly available list. I expect further details to be available once the list is ready for publication.
